To potential Brook Forest clients,

I had my wedding at the Brook Forest Inn September 9th, 2006. We had about 102 people with four attendants on either side. Sheri and her staff were truly amazing and helped my wedding flow perfectly. We rented out the entire inn. All of my attendants and family commented how “homey” and “cozy” staying at the inn made them feel. We were all a few doors away and could celebrate without worrying about driving or coordinating plans.

From the afternoon before to the morning of the wedding, the staff was busy making the inn spotless. Sheri was very flexible, rearranging small furniture and decorations to ensure that my main décor would be in the perfect place. I had planned my ceremony outside and an half an hour before the wedding it started to thunderstorm and hail. I was very anxious; my fiancée and I were reluctant to have the wedding inside. So, to be practical, Sheri and her staff setup the dining room with the tables and chairs pushed to the outer edges, making an aisle down the middle of the dining room just in case the rain did not clear and we were forced to hold the wedding inside. We all waited an additional 20 minutes and the rain stopped and the sun came out. Without bothering me or anyone in my family Sheri and her staff rearranged the dining room and put things in order to be finished 20 minutes a head of schedule. The wedding went off without a hitch. The Brook Forest was a perfect intimate space for a wedding our size. The bartenders were very friendly and inspired a ton of lively conversation. During that evening and into the weeks to come several people approached me to tell me that we had one of the most beautiful, simple, classy and unique weddings they had ever seen.
